The online booking for special trains that are to start services from Delhi on May 12, 2020 began on the IRCTC website on Monday after Railways announcement of Gradual Resuming of Passenger Train operations.

In the first phase, 15 pairs of trains will be run as special trains from New Delhi station connecting  Agartala, Dibrugarh, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi. 

This comes to a lack of migrant workers are stuck in various parts of the country due to the coronavirus enforced lockdown.  All passenger train services were suspended due to a nationwide lockdown on March 25, 2020.  Tickets for these special trains will not be available on counters and can only be booked at IRCTC official Website.

  1. मजदूर/ श्रमिक/यात्री  स्पेशल ट्रेन ( एफएफएफएफ) में यात्रा करने लिए कोई ऑनलाइन टिकट की आवश्यकता नहीं है | बस आपको नजदीकी नोडल ऑफिसर के यहां जाकर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा|
  2.  इसके पश्चात नोडल ऑफिसर एक लिस्ट तैयार करेंगे उसके बाद यह लिस्ट रेलवे को भेजी जाएगी |
  3. स्टेशन पहुंचने के बाद सभी श्रमिकों / यात्रियों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी और स्वस्थ पाए जाने पर ही आपको ट्रेन में बैठने कि अनुमति दी जाएगी |
  4. श्रमिक /लेबर स्पेशल ट्रेन में सफर करने के लिए अपने फेस को कवर करना जरूरी है |
  5. श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेन में यात्रा करने के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग ( Social Distancing ) or कोविड-१९ प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना होगा |
  6. भारतीय रेलवे ने सभी यात्रियों के लिए खाना (भोजन) और पानी की व्यवस्था कर ली है |
  7. जब ट्रेन अपने गंतव्य स्थान पर पहुंच जाएगी तो वहां फिर से स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी | अगर कोरोनावायरस के लक्षण मिलते है तो आपको क्ववारंटीन में भेजा जाएगा |
  8. अगर प्रवासियों में स्क्रीनिंग में लक्षण नहीं मिलते हैं तो आप अपने घर जा सकते है |

प्रवासियों के लिए श्रमिक विशेष ट्रैन  यात्रा किए नियम जाने किसे मिलेगी अनुमति 

कोरोनावायरस की महामारी  से लागू देशव्यापी लॉक डाउन में डेढ़ महीने से विभिन्न राज्यों में फंसे प्रवासी मजदूरों छात्रों पर्यटकों को निकलने के लिए रेलवे ने शुक्रवार को हरी झंडी दिखा दी है  पहली  ट्रैन शुक्रवार   को हैदराबाद से झारखण्ड के हटिया स्टेशन के लिए चली| इसके पश्चात अन्य गंतव्यों के लिए अतिरिक्त पांच ट्रेनें  चली| जिन राज्यों के लिए ट्रेनें  छूटी  है उन्हें झारखण्ड, बिहार, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तर प्रदेश  और ओडिशा प्रमुख है|
