शारीरिक मानक और दक्षता परीक्षण (पीएसटी और पीईटी)
यह परीक्षा लिखित परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवारों के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों से निम्नलिखित भौतिक मापों की अपेक्षा की जाएगी:
Important Notes:-
- सिट अप्स के लिए अभ्यर्थी अपनी पीठ के बल लेटेगा, टखनों को थामने के लिए सहारे के साथ उसकी टांगे पूर्णरूप से तनी हों और अपने ऊपरी शरीर को उठाएं। उठते समय अपने शरीर को कम से कम 90 डिग्री तक उठाएं। (शरीर को जमीन के साथ लम्बवत करते हुए) उसकी टाँगे उठनी नहीं चाहिए।
- स्टैंडिंग इंजन जम्प्स के लिए अभ्यर्थी स्थिर दशा (बिना दौड़ लगाए) से कूदेगी और कूदने के साथ ही साथ टेक लगाते समय दोनों टाँगों को साथ-साथ रखेगी।
- उपरोक्त सारिणी में क्रम संख्या 4 से 7 तक प्रत्येक किए के लिए दो अवसर दिए जाएंगे। क्रमांक 3 के लिए एक अवसर दिया जाएगा
- शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण में सफल अभ्यर्थियों को 20 अंक दिए जाएंगे।

Candidates qualified in both of two tests will be called for Interview. Interview will be of 10 marks.
