Qualifying Marks

We know very well the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility  Test was conducted in  2 papers.  Paper I was for 150 marks and paper 2 was conducted for the same.  The candidates are securing 60%  and above marks will be released TET eligibility certificate.  Those contenders belonging to SC/ST/C-I difficulty abled persons should secure a minimum of 55%  will be eligible etc in accordance with their extant reservation policy.

Qualifying the KARTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.

The cut-off marks is minimum passing marks decided by the examination organization.   Validity Period of Karnataka TET Certificate:

Seven years is the validity period of KAR TET qualifying certificate for appointment as a Teacher from date of releasing of KAR TET result 2019. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Tet  Certificate.  The person who has qualified KAR TET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
