How to check/Download University of Calcutta UG/PG Results 2022?

  • First of all,  students visit the official web portal of Calcutta University i.e. www.caluniv.ac.in
  • On the home page, click on ‘University Examination’
  • Select the “Results” Option
  • Click Respective course
  • Enter the Roll Number and click on submit
  • Your result will appear
  • Students can download and take a print out for future use.

University of Calcutta Results 2022

  1. The Result for Odd Semester Like 1/3/5 Semester is announced around April Month.
  2. CU declared the Result for 2/4/6 Semester (Even Sem) in the month of October for various courses
  3. University publishes the semester result on its official website and no other mode is applicable.
  4. Candidates can check the Result on the University web portal and also on the official website on the affiliated colleges/institutes.
  5. University will not send the hard copy of the result to any of the candidates to their emails or postal address. under any circumstances.

  7. The University of Calcutta also provides a mercy chance after the declaration of the results to the students in the form of Supplementary examinations.
  8. Candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can also apply for Revaluation of Answer sheets.

University of Calcutta Semester Exams and Results

Calcutta University follows the Choice-based Credit system (CBCS) curriculum and Semester System. The Controller of Examination manages and control all the university examinations and results.

The University of Calcutta (CU) Semester Exams

  1. Calcutta University examinations are conducted semester wise and carried out on CBCS curriculum
  2. The examinations for Odd Semester ( Ist, 3rd, 5th, 7th ) are generally conducted in December month.
  3. Even Semester  ( 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th)  are organized in June July months 
  4. All the University students have to fill the exam application/registration form in order to be eligible for appearing in the semester examinations.
  5. Students are also required to carry a valid hall ticket issued by the Calcutta University to the exam hall. University Authority will not permit any student to enter the examination hall without the admit card.
