A Common Entrance Test designated in full as AP Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders and for B.Sc (Mathematics) Degree Holders and in short as Andhra Pradesh ECET 2020 will be conducted by JNTU Anantapur on behalf of the AP State Council of Higher Education for the academic year 2020-2021 in accordance with G.O. Ms:24 Education (EC) Department dated March 18, 2004, G.O. Ms.N0 25, dated June 26, 2006, and G.O. Ms. No 19, dated: 02/02/2008 for diploma holders and G.O Ms. No. 57 (EC2) Dated May 12, 2008, and G.O Ms. No 58 (EC2) Dated May 12, 2008 for B.Sc (Mathematics Degree holders.
Andhra Pradesh ECET Notification 2020
Andhra Pradesh Common Entrance Test will be conducted on July 24, 2020 from 10 a.m to 1 p m for admission into second year level lateral entry into engineering /pharmacy programs for Diploma holders of engineering and Technology and B.Sc students for the academic year 2020-2021. Eligible students can submit their applications through online mode, by paying the application registration and processing fee of Rs.550/- through Andhra Pradesh online payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card and Net Banking). The detailed information regarding eligibility, syllabus and model question paper, mock test, related instructions and procedure for online submission of application are available on the main web portal of the organization which is www.sche.ap.gov.in.ecet.
b) For Lateral Admission into the Second year, Regular B Pharmacy programs in Un-Aided Private Professional institutions (Ministry and Non-Minority) and University Pharmacy Colleges approved by Pharmacy Council of India for the seats specifically earmarked for Diploma holders and B.Sc Degree Holders for the academic year 2020-2021
Diploma Holders for Petroleum Engineering/ Technology are eligible to apply for Chemical Engineering.
Diploma Holders of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning are eligible to apply for Mechanical Engineering.

AP Engineering Common Entrance Test 2020 will be conducted through a Computer-based test by JNTU Anantapuram on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education in accordance with G.O. Ms No.57 HE(EC.2) dated:12.05.2008 and G.O.Ms. No.43 dated:25.05.2011 for Diploma holders of engineering technology/ pharmacy and B.Sc Graduates ( with Mathematics) for admission through lateral entry at the second-year level into BE/B.Tech/B Pharmacy courses offered in universities and AICTE/PCI approved Institutions in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2020. The eligible students have to apply through online mode only.
