The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha (abbreviated BSE) is a board of education for public and private schools under the state government of Orissa. The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha (BSE Odisha) released notification and invited online applications for the OTET exam in 2019. A huge number of eligible and interested contenders applied and appeared for the written exam. The OTET 2019 examinations is for 2 years like Paper I and Paper II. A contender was allowed to appear in any one paper. The paper I was of 150 marks and it contained a question on child development and pedagogy, a regional language ( Odia, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Mathematics, Environmental Studies ). On the other hand, paper II was of total 150 marks. It had questions on 3 compulsory subjects like child development and pedagogy, a regional language and English and optional subject.
Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test August written exam Result 2019
As per candidates qualifying rule of OTET 2019 contenders will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks to clear the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2019. The contender belonging to the General category needs 60% marks and for the SC/ST/SEBC/OBC/Physically Handicapped contenders, minimum qualifying marks are 50%.
