The Guru Gobind Tribal University annually conducts the Basic School Training Certificate entrance exam for candidates seeking admission into two years D.El.Ed programme. Annually a large number of candidates attempt this examination to get admission in Bikaner. Applicants, those have got merit in this examination will get admission in the programme. This year nearly 6.5 million candidates completed the BSTC entrance exam which has been conducted on 5th May. This examination has been held in 1273 examination centres across the Rajasthan state. The Bikaner has declared the BSTC results on 3rd June and the University has declared the counselling schedule dates for admissions. BSTC allotment based on the entrance exam results s eld for admission to Diploma in Elementary Education Programme in the teacher training institutes in Rajasthan.

The GGTU has 312 colleges working under it. The colleges hold more than 20,000 seats. In which 16 colleges offer 1220 seats for Sanskrit programme and 4 colleges offer ALP Bhasha programme. The GGTU counselling was done and all the seats were filled by the applicants on the basis of choices. Seat allotment will be done as per the marks, and category of applicants. The BSTC Counselling was completed 5th to 19th July, the students seeking admission have filled their choices. BSTC will be declared that the BST Ist College seat allotment results in 2019 to check from 8th August. Applicants those who get the admission can report to the corresponding colleges by 13 August 2019.
