Gujarat High Court Recruitment Notification 2018 for Assistant

The Gujarat High Court is the High Court of the Gujarat State.  It was established in 1960 under the Bombay State Re-organization Act,1960 after the state of Gujarat split from Bombay state.  The seat of the court in Ahmedabad.  The present strength of the Gujarat High court is 35 against the sanctioned strength of 42.  High Court was established in 1960 as a result of bifurcation of the former state of Bombay into 2 states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. High Court started functioning near Akashwani, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.  The High Court has later shifted to the new building at Sola, Ahmedabad, from 16 January 1999.

Gujarat has released notification for the eligible applicants for filling up vacancies for the Assistant Gujarat High Court posts on behalf of the establishment of Subordinate courts in the Gujarat State this year.  Applicants who are applying should go via eligibility criteria like age limit, educational qualification, application fee, exam pattern, selection process etc.  If the applicants meet the eligibility criteria they can proceed for further process.  The applicants will have to start the application process from 15th June 2018 and end on 14 July 2018.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants who are applying for this post should have to possess Bachelor’s Degree in any University or equivalent qualification recognized by Government.   Applicants should also have knowledge of English, Hindi, Gujarati.  Contenders should possess experience in computer operation is essential as per Government Resolution No. CRR 10-2007-120320-G.5 dated 13-08-2008 and knowledge in the typing speed of 5000 key depression on the computer in Englis and Gujarati and other information are available on the web portal.

Age Limit:

Applicants applying for this post should have the age limit as on 14 July 2018.

Contenders who belong to SC/St, Socially backward, PH ( Only orthographically disabled) and Ex-Servicemen should have to pay Rs.300/- with bank charges and all remaining applicants should pay Rs.600/- with bank charges.

Pay scale given for Assistant High Court Gujarat is Rs.19,900 – Rs.63,200/-
