National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh, has released the recruitment notification for the integrated certificate program in Community Health Examination January- December 2021.  Applicants who successfully complete this program will be posted at these sub Centers as  Community Health Officer (CHO) / Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP) to lead a primary health care team consisting of frontline workers like as the Female Health Workers (ANMs), Male Health Worker (MPW), and ASHAs.

National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh Community Health Bharti 2020- An Overview

 NHM MP Bharti 2020 Essential Criteria:

1. B.Sc (Nursing) or post basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Program in Community Health recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi ( for which final year of examination shall be held in 2020-21 session.
2. The applicants, whose final year of examination shall be held in the 2020-2021 session, are required to submit a certificate from the Principal of their Nursing College in this regard with the online application form as per the given format.
3.  The applicants, who have completed B.Sc (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health, are required to submit a certificate from the Principal of their Nursing  College in this regard with the online application form as per given format.

Age Limit: 

Applicants age should be  21 years to 40 years as on January 2020.
