To download the hall ticket applicants should keep checking the official website at www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in. UGC NET Exam Admit Card 2021 Download Process

It is mandatory to qualify for the eligibility test i.e. NTA UGC NET exam to apply for the posts of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship  or Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges.  Applicants are required to appear for both the papers to be eligible for Junior Research Fellowship  and Assistant Professor.

UGC NET hall ticket will contain all the necessary details such as roll number, application number, venue for the examination Center Code, Examination Timings and all the other important instructions.  Applicants must note that without the hall ticket, they wouldn’t be allowed to appear in the examination.

Candidates  should download the self-declaration form from the official website and should carry it along with the hall ticket to the examination center. Applicants can carry a simple transparent ballpoint pen, additional photographs to be pasted on the attendance sheet, personal hand sanitizer, personal transparent water bottle and sugar tablets, fruits for diabetic  students with them on the day of the examination.  No digital items like mobile phones, smartwatches and other will be allowed ion the written examination hall.

National Testing Authority UGC NET Exam Pattern:

The UGC NET exam will be a computer based test (CBT) in online mode, consisting of two papers, with no break between paper 1 and paper 2.  Paper -I  will have 50 questions of 100 marks and will be of one hour duration.  Whereas in Paper-2, 100 questions will be asked for 200 marks. You will get two hours to complete paper 2.  That is, both the examinations will be of 3 hours in total.
