About Future Bankers Program
The Future Bankers Program is an initiative of Housing Development Finance Corporation Bank to attract and develop young talents seeking a career in the banking sector. This program aims to transform newly graduates into highly qualified, well trained and in contact staff. This is an apprenticeship on campus during the first six months, followed by a six-month internship. Selected candidates will receive a graduate certificate and a full-time job offer at the Bank. The training provides knowledge and skills in key banking areas such as products, processes, systems, regulations, and banking compliance systems related to daily banking.
