CG Vyapam HSSN ABSN Recruitment 2018 for 1014 Staff Nurse, Ayush, Health Services ESI Services:
Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board invites online applications from eligible applicants for the direct recruitment for the post of Staff Nurse, Ayush, Health Sevices, ESI Services. The government of Chhattisgarh Family and Health Department in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-.
STAFF NURSE GRADE III 994 vacancies in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-
The applicants will be selected on the basis of written examination. The selected will be on probation period of two years.

CG VYAPAM Recruitment 2018 Educational qualification:
The applicants must possess Bachelor’s Degree B.Sc Nursing or PBBSC Nursing or General Nursing and Obstetrics (Senior Midwifery) Training Passed from the recognized university. Applicants have registered as a staff nurse in nursing council.
CG VYAPAM Recruitment 2018 Age Limit:
Minimum Age Limit: 18 years
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years age as on 1 January 2017 relaxation is an upper age limit will be applicable as per CG government norms.
CG VYAPAM Recruitment 2018 Examination Fee:
For General category applicants Rs.350/-
For OBC category applicants Rs. 250/-
For SC/ST category applicants: Rs.200/-
Contenders are suggested to pay the written examination fees through offline mode ( SBI Challan) or ONLINE Mode ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and SBI Bank, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card ( ATM Card).
Instructions for Online Application Form
- The applicants visit the official website of CG Vyapam or by using the link mentioned here.
- The applicant has to select the district to which belongs. http://cgvyapam.choice.gov.in/
- Answer the basic questions regarding registration in employment council or CG Nursing Council, by selecting yes or no as applicable.
- The application form shall appear where the applicant has to fill in name, father’s name, gender, DOB, Category etc.
- Download prescribed by CG Vyapam and take a print out. Paste a passport size color photograph, signature, name, and thumb impression below photograph and scan. Upload the scanned image having dimensions 3.5X 4.5 cm and having a size less than 40 kb.
- Provide contact details for as address, mobile number, email etc.
- Choose an exam center where the applicant wants to appear for the written exam.
- Before clicking the submit button, verify all details filled in the form. If found correct, click submit button.
- On the top window asking to verify details, click continue or edit accordingly as no changes can be made.
- Next page, the applicant can click pay to remit the application fee as applicable. Payment can be made using credit card/debit card/net banking.
