The Ordnance Factory Board is a bicentenary Government organization with 41 factories spread throughout India. Now Ordnance Factory recruitment Center has conducted written examination for Semi-skilled Grade Industrial Employees Group C in different trades and Labour Group C in many Ordnance Factories located across India. The Ordnance Factory Board has declared result for Industrial Employer Gr C Phase I exam 2019 very soon on its official web portal. The result will declare for Electrician, Fitter, Tradesman, Labour posts. ORC may declare result of Ordnance Factory wise as detailed above. Result Process may take time. Process After OFRC Group C Exam:
After written exam procedure for selection to the Industrial Employee will be as given below:
- The iind stage is traded test (Practical) with document verification.
- On the basis of merit list based on marks obtained in written exam, applicants 1.25 times the number of vacancies shall be called for trade test (Practical)
- The Trade Test (Practical) shall be only qualifying in nature, without any marks. Those applicants who do not qualify in the Trade Test shall not be considered at all. irrespective of marks obtained in the written exam.
- Final select list/merit list shall be based on marks obtained in the written exam only, subject to document verification and qualifying the trade test.
- No interview for filling up of the vacancies
