The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited a power generating and distribution organization of Government of Punjab, invites applications from eligible and interested applicants for Recruitment of 553 Sub Station Attendant and Junior Engineer posts.
Junior Engineer/Electrical: 300 Vacancies
In the pay scale of Rs.10900/- 34800/- Plus Grade pay of Rs. 5350/-
The applicants must possess full time regular 3 or 4 year Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science/IT Engineering from recognized /university by the State and Central Government with 60% marks.
OR
The applicants must possess full time regular B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Computer Science/IT Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE.
OR
AMIE in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Computer Science/ IT Engineering with 50% marks from Institute of Engineers (India) Calcutta.
Sub Station Attendant: 253 Vacancies
In the pay scale of Rs.6400/- 20200/- plus grade pay of Rs.3700/-.
The applicants must possess full time regular course in ITI/Electrical with minimum 60% marks and 2 years apprenticeship experience in Punjab PSPCL.
OR
The applicants must possess full time regular diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks
OR
The applicants must possess full time regular diploma in Electronics and Communication with 60% marks.
OR
Full time regular diploma in Instrumentation and process control with 60% marks.
PSPCL Recruitment 2018 Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 37 Years
Age As on 01 January 2018.Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as government norms.
PSPCL Recruitment 2018 Selection Process;
The applicants will be selected on the basis of online examination of 100 marks (questions related to the concerned discipline of the post applied of 70 marks,and general knowledge, reasoning and general English 30 marks)
PSPCL Recruitment 2018 Application Fee
Rs.400/- + Bank charges for SC Category
Rs. 500/- + Bank Charges for person with disability category
Rs. 1000/-+Bank Charges for all categories except SC and person with disability.
The candidates are suggested to pay the application fee through challan should be deposited in any branch of SBOP Now State Bank of India.
